The company founded in 1991 is today one of the most important companies of bulk extra virgin oil commercialisation with over 100 million litres processed in 2012 and with a turnover of 200,000,000 million euros.
The firm purchases and selects extra virgin olive oils from over 150 producers and from 200 olive press mills and cooperatives in Italy and the Mediterranean basin. The product undergoes internal processing: of filtration and polishing to eliminate impurities and operations of blending are carried out based on established selling price and the chemical characteristics and organoleptic requirements of the customer, supplying the customer a product “ready for the bottle”.
